Order Processing and Delivery

Processing Time for Orders

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your item is shipped. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, but processing times may vary depending on order volume and item availability.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, your order should arrive within 2 to 12 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays, regional disruptions, or courier delays beyond our control.


Shipping Sources

At PixiGrip, we partner with trusted suppliers to ensure high-quality tech accessories and seamless delivery. Some products may be shipped directly from our international partners. While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing or carrier issues. Because of this, delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.


Pre-orders & Backorders

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-ordered/backordered items:

  • The available items will be shipped first.
  • Pre-ordered or backordered items will be shipped separately once available.
  • If your shipment is split, the rest of your order will follow shortly, and you'll receive a separate tracking number for each package.
